Kurtz Communications, Inc. is rapidly expanding in the tri-state area and is seeking professional, self-motivated individuals to join our team. Prior experience selling communications services for companies such as Qwest, Paetec, or AT&T is required.
Responsibilities include customer retention and new sales of multiple telecom carrier solutions, nationwide.
Telecom experience is preferred. Hourly plus sales incentives

Senior Sales Engineer (1)
Job Description
This position provides quality pre-sales technical support to the sales organization and interacts with agents to execute the technical aspects of Kurtz Communications’ sales strategy. The SE works in tandem with the sales force and actively participates in sales calls.
Knowledge Required:
- Five to seven years technical environment, sales engineering and/or sales in a voice/data environment
- Minimum of two years in a position requiring direct professional interfacing with customers
- Engineering skills in MPLS, IP, VoIP/SIP, Sonet, Ethernet, Technical sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, strategic planning skills, LAN/WAN technology, customer premise hardware technology, technical network diagramming and design, Cisco, or other router and hardware configuration experience
- Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience at being a strategic member of sales management team who contributes significantly to the growth and development of the business
