Customers in the United States may use the Lumen Total Advantage® agreement for a broad range of Lumen services, including Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), Private Line, Frame Relay, Dedicated Hosting, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Toll Free, Long Distance Switched and Dedicated Voice, Audio Conferencing and local services provided in region. Availability varies by product. Outbound long distance service originating in the state of AK not available. Price varies depending on services selected, length of term and level of revenue commitments. Minimum term and revenue commitments required. Shortfall and termination liability may apply. Other restrictions may apply. Lumen cannot currently provide outbound long distance service originating in AK.

- OneFlex™ Hosted VoIP
- Lumen OneFlex Hosted VoIP is an IP application that provides real-time, two-way voice capability in IP over a broadband connection. Lumen OneFlex Hosted VoIP offers a new fully-hosted service that replaces the need for a premises-based phone system and the multiple vendors required to provide popular applications like voice mail and integrated messaging. The features and applications are delivered to a customer’s handset via a single dedicated Internet access connection. These features can be individually customized by the user through a personalized Web portal. The solution provides centralized management and control, allowing the customer to perform their moves, adds and changes (MACs) from an Internet connection.
- OneFlex Hosted VoIP is available to customers in select areas across the continental United States, with new locations being added. Minimum one-year term commitment required. - OneFlex™ Integrated Access
- Lumen OneFlex Integrated Access is an Internet Protocol (IP) – based solution that integrates local and long-distance voice with Internet access on a single connection. It uses Voice over IP (VoIP) technology to give customers the advantage of using the entire circuit for Internet access when phones are not in use. Voice traffic has priority over data. When phones are in use, the bandwidth is automatically allocated from data to voice.
